Ethereum State in Snail Mail

Is there anyway to put a copy of the Ethereum state on an SD card, and have a stranger validate it to sync quickly?

Could be a great business to accept SD cards in the snail mail with a few dollars cash and a self addressed stamped envelope, and return it with the Ethereum state.
