Is RavenCoin development stale?

Hello,

The main RavenCoin github seems to be stale for a year when majority of lead developers stopped working on code:

and the overall code frequency also seems stale for more than a year:

What's going on? Any new plans, progress, anyone actively working on RavenCoin project ?
