I want to make NFTs with Legit Use Case

Idea: Physically backed Sneaker NFT.

An NFT that represents the underlying shoe, for example, Air Jordans. This way, people can speculate on the price of sneakers for example without having to own the physical product. In addition, you don't have to deal with shipping resulting in lower fees (from 20% to just 5%). Finally, unlike companies like StockX, I only have to authenticate the product once every subsequent transaction I don't have to reauthenticate it resulting in a high-quality screening process.

I would hold the underlying sneaker the way Tether holds cash which has a centralized form of authentication but a decentralized exchange of goods.

I'm thinking of creating this product if there is demand for it.

What do you think about it and would you purchase it?
