Why will miners prefer RVN?

To start with, about 5% of my portfolio is RVN, it would make me happy to see increased activity here.

As many of you may already know, ETH will lose significant amounts of mining profitability in the coming months, and later be completely unmineable. These miners will have to mass migrate to somewhere else, or stop mining altogether.

I've heard here a lot of times, that miners will prefer RVN over other mineable cryptos. I'd like to learn more about why (or if) this is a popular opinion? When I visit what to mine, I'm seeing RVN as the 18th most profitable crypto to mine. What would be some incentives for miners to choose RVN over others, especially over more profitable ones?
