why is it so hard to cash out of binance ?

I've been trying to cash out most of my crypto currencies to change up my assets and why is it so hard to do that on binance ? Say what you want about cdc but it took 5 minutes, I was able to swap everything to Canadian $ and send it to my bank. With binance it you can't do crypto –> CAD… you have to transfer to USDC or another usd crypto, than you have to transfer it, some crypto have minimum amount to swap …

Can't they make it easy to swap everything to your country's fiat currency and than send it to yourself with whatever method you want ?
