Dual gpu mining help

I’ve been mining for ages with two Vega 64 in crossfire setup(with crossfire disabled and compute mode enabled). Worked like a charm. Plug and play.

Now, same computer with two RX480. Second card throws error code 43, can switch card and both of them works fine in primary slot. DDUing and trying older versions of adrenaline. Trying to remove one card and install driver then install second card and so on. Same crap. Adrenaline shows “gpu1” when both cards installed, which means it has detected something compared to “gpu” when only one card. Still it can’t see the other gpu. Both cards have the same bios (sapphire nitro+) and works alone. Any clues as to what it might be? Driving me insane…
