Someone was using my Coinbase card before it even arrived in the mail

This is the second time my card info was stolen with Coinbase. My first card showed someone in Australia tried to buy shoes for $12. It got declined since I had no money on the card at the time. Ordered a new card and before I got the card I received a notification that someone tried to charge my new card $50 at a flower shop. Contacted support and they just told me to order a new card. I moved everything off of Coinbase but it doesn’t seem like my account itself is compromised just the card. Has this happened to anyone else?
