How to implement a voting system for the employees of a company ?

Hello everyone !

I have a question, how can I implement a simple voting system based on the blockchain in a company or any organisation ?

I want that the people in the organization could vote on basic things with all the benefits that the blockchain provides (transparancy, pseudonymity, auto-check etc..).

Once they all have a blockchain adress, which Ethereum dApp can I look to ?
