Tail Emission?

Does Ravencoin have tail emission built in to the mining process? As a fork of Bitcoin, by default the mining process will fall out of profitability after a small number of block reward halvings, which means miners will operate at a loss unless they increase transaction fees, or accept outside payment to subvert the network. This also limits the total number of tokens that can be created on the chain since creating a token burns RVN.
