Validator minimum eth

Since the merge I see discussions about Ethereum being not decentralized enough.

Wouldn't it be a solution to lower the 32 eth minimum to run a validator to let's say 4 Ethereum? More people could run their own validator making Ethereum more decentralised.

Or am I missing something here?
