Help me understand what’s happening here plz! daily payouts dropping like crazy

I'm sure i'm just another one of the many shifters from ETH to RVN, but I don't understand, my first full day payout was 148 rvn
My hash rate remains about 230mh/s
day 2 – 112
Day 3- 86
Day 4 – looks like it's gonna be half of day 3

Why so low? why so few blocks suddenly?
