Why did the first POS block get an insane amount of 46 eth as block reward??

The block I mean is the first block created after the merge, see here https://etherscan.io/block/15537394 . It got around 46 eth in rewards, can anyone explain this? Isn't that wayyyy too much? The following blocks all got around 0.5 eth each.
