Is my transaction in the void?

I sent a transaction from my ledger wallet to my exchange, bit buy, and it’s been over 100 blocks since it was confirmed on my ledger wallet. I checked the adress and I’m pretty sure that ledger only supports USDC on ETH-20; bit buy only supports USDC on ETH-20 as well. I’m a bit worried because it is a reasonable amount I sent and it’s not gone through. What May have went wrong?
