Good ways to earn interest on your holdings?

Greetings, good peoples! What are some good ways to earn interest on your holdings now?

I will mention some that I know:

Binance.com – They have decent rates for staking / savings. What I find most interesting is their 10% APY on stablecoins (BUSD, USDT) and 5% APY on BTC.

Gemini – They have 7.15% on GUSD, 5%+ on DAI / USDC

After, Celsius I am afraid of CeFI for the moment. Gemini is very well audited and Binance.com is by far the biggest exchange so I feel safe with them.

What do you guys have in store for me? Anything worth checking? DeFi?
