Should I buy ETH now or wait til the price dips even more?

Hello everyone, a month ago ETH was $1576 and now it’s at $1684 which is more than a 100% increase. Even though the price has been lower in the last day or 2, Idk if I should buy now or wait til it gets even lower. Noob here so looking for advice.
