Wallet vs Account and using it via geth

Hi all I am using geth and created an account via the console command "personal.newAccount()" this gave me what I think is my address: 0x2Fa646df075457857cc642CcFEa21fbD6061C91a

Is this what I give to people? The reason I ask is that there is also a "personal.initializeWallet()" command so i'm not sure which is the right one.
