Ravencoin cli wallet to Desktop?

i have a mining pool that had a problem with the payment processor. … i was told the best thing to do it would be to use a GUI wallet to send out the remaining payments.. it is a VPS … ubuntu 20.04 server.

how would i sync the cli wallet to the GUI wallet on windows?
