Do you know if there is any plans to do pooled staking without risking your ETH with a third party?

That is my biggest concern with ETH. It feels like a situation where if you don’t own 32 ETH you are forced to just hold or stake with a third party or an exchange.

I hope ETH fixes this in the future. Most people can’t afford 32 ETH.
