How Do You Guys Feel About The Gaming Industry Infiltrating Real Estate Market?

First of all, I am curious as to how this will affect the housing market. Several gaming companies are diving into crypto and using real estate as collateral for their currency or token. Are we helping the majority afford real estate? Or we exploiting people in the long run making housing even more expensive?

I am open to other people’s perspectives on this. If you can recommend any projects that combine crypto and real estate I would appreciate it. I am still on the fence but would like to educate myself more.
