The announcement at EthCC that Kaleido is collaborating with Polygon might flock a lot of businesses towards Ethereum

Kaleido just announced at ethCC in paris that they are going to be collaborating with Polygon on Edge. This is announced to be a cloud-based system connected to the Ethereum mainnet. Polygon Edge offers companies a choice of high to zero gas fee models, depending on the transaction requirements. Emphasis on the fact that this is going to be connected to the Ethereum mainnet. This is going to be bringing a ton of traffic and eyes towards Ethereum from Enterprises.
I understand not being a fan of enterprises and the corporate world but the truth of the matter is that mass adoption for Ethereum and the blockchain simply cannot be achieved without the Enterprise kind of funding. The point of Polygon Edge is to be a framework for Enterprises and anyone else to build their own public or private blockchains that is Ethereum compatible. This is going to offer the privacy, scalability and customization that Enterprises might need over straight Ethereum, I think this is incredibly bullish for Polygon and Ethereum respectively.
I think Edge's only downfall is the fact that it doesn’t settle on Ethereum to secure the data and it is left in the hands of the builders. This might not be an issue for builders and enterprises with the resources to secure their own stuff but I'm wondering if this is where Kaleido comes in. Incredibly curious to hear your thoughts on this announcement. Polygon has quite frankly been dropping some bombs on us these past few days.
