Why promoting ethereum is unethical

I don't think people should promote securities without disclosing that they are securities. Eth is a tech company with board members. This fact needs to be stated anytime when talking about eth on public discourse, but nobody, even Bitcoiners do that.

When eth goes the luna way, everybody will say oh it was an obvious scam, it was an unregistered security etc.

Please stop this sham it hurts to people who have put their hopes and dreams with a board of directors who can at will print shares of ethereum or worse, dump it all on us
