Is Swaperbit legit?

Howdy once again ravens. I received a strange PM in my discord today. I believe it was because I was in the ravencoin channel and they found me there. It was that or t-rex miner. Anyway, the PM was a bitcoin giveaway for a seemingly new market called Swaperbit. Being interested, I signed up. They want a deposit of 0.02 BTC before I can access the funds they 'gave' me, but I can trade them on their market. If it is a scam it is a very complex scam to say the least. Since I may have been targeted because of ravencoin and I don't know anyone else to talk to about it, I am posting here. Do you the community think they are legit? Did anyone else get a PM with some 'winnings'? I don't want to paste the exact message here since it's a little spammy. Google searches show a single entry saying they are likely a scam, but dang is it a decent fully functional app for that. I don't see the real long game here. No other info as far as I can find. Using the site is actually not bad. The market stats are really fast, which is cool. If it is not a scam, they might be a great new market to trade in.
