Buy Eth with Amex?

Hi — I am thinking about paying a contractor who wants to get paid in Eth. If I do this, I would like to use an Amex to purchase the Eth & send to his wallet. A lot of the exchanges/services don't seem to accept Amex. Is there one that does?
