ETH wallet before TheDAO fork.

Is there any risk in moving ETH out of an old paper wallet, not touched from before the ETH/ETC fork?

Did EIP-155 totally solve the issue of replay attacks or is there any remaining risk (replay or otherwise) when transferring ETH out? (Same wallet holds same amount of ETC).
