Ropsten under “attack”?

I've seen this happen in the past, and have no idea why or how are people doing this, but there's only 1 address mining all the blocks, and the gas limit is set to ~64k, making it impossible to deploy or interact with contracts, plus any already deployed contracts always return 0 in all of the view/pure functions (and most likely other functions as well) is this done because of the merge that's supposed to happen soon, or is this some kind of attack on testnet? submitted by /u/1337SEnergy |
