Need help starting T-Rex miner

I've got a RVN wallet and it's fully synchronized.

Downloaded T-Rex and extracted all files. Edited the rvn-pool file for the us rvn socket 6060 servo.

Won't fire up. I get a black flash of command window as if it's trying to open and then nothing.

It's not anti-virus. I removed Norton and got it completely out of the registry.

I'm not good with the little codes

-a , u — , <st> etc… I understand you have to write some kind of code and tell it what algorithm and what server and what coin but where do I find this info in printed format? I've tried watching a dozen videos and none of them covers complete setup.

Please help.
