rig constantly dropping hash

A coworker and I have been miming etherium since June 2021.

The rig has 5 cards,

Two 1660 supers One regular 1660 One 3060 And one 1060

With the 1060 installed, the 3060 loses around 15-20 hash regardless of afterburner settings, and I can't seem to get the hashrate to what it used to be.

Used to get 49-50 hash in the card for a good few months after the Christmas break, now I get 30-35 hash. What might be the issue, and how can I solve it?

I am tired of the coworker calling every time the hash rate drops to 30 on the 3060…
