Bittrex RVN Wallet Maintenance Several Days – Did I Miss Something?

I use bittrex as an exchange for my miner to deposit RVN. It appears the wallet went offline on 4/26 or 4/27 and is still down. Anyone know why? Bittrex has not responded to email yet.
