ETH transaction “stuck”

Hi,

I just did a transaction from Exodus to Binance 2 hours ago.

The standard fee was 150 Gwei but I set the fee at 109 Gwei.

I was supposed to take ~7 minutes but the time it just keeps increasing as the standard Gwei increases.

In Etherscan it now shows 6 hours.

Should I try to cancel the transaction? How do I do that?

Or its fine and the fees will go down eventually and I should just wait?
