BEP-20 to ERC-20 Question

This may be a newb question but if I am using BSC and have Ethereum I want to send to an exchange I can't do it because it's BEP-20 ETH, how do I transfer BEP-20 Ethereum to regular? Is Coinbase now supporting BEP-20 and I didn't get the memo
