Where is the best/safest place to stake ETH on a DEX?

Hey everybody,

Probably a totally Noob question. But where can I transfer my ETH using a wallet like meta mask/trust wallet and stake it for the best percentage on a DEFI Exchange?

I know that a lot of centralized exchanges allow staking. But I can't get approved for a business account at a lot of these centralized exchanges. So I'm looking for a decentralized exchange option that pays out decently. I'm looking to hold long-term.
