Polygon bridge v2

So I sell something on opensea but I didn’t see it was in polygon so I sold it and coke to find out matic has it’s own network and I have to send my stuff through the bridge to get it on the eth network but it’s been 3-4 hours and nothing is showing up. Polygon says it’s sent on polygonscan I’m just hoping it’s not gone any advice
