What is your guess?

Is there any chance in anyone's opinion that this little birdie can go back down to $0.03 cents once again so I can toss in another 30 grand? I found it actually amazing how it basically was between $0.02 and $0.03 cents for the most part in 2018, 2019 and 2020, then just out of the blue for no apparent reason it just shot up to $0.28 cents in a span of 2 days 2 weeks ago while settling presently at the $0.14 cents mark.
