Should i move to another wallet if i paid in eth to a phishing address

After a year, I've finally messed up! Without going into the details of it, i'd like to know if i should create a new MM wallet altogether and transfer everything, or am i alright since i haven't shared any private keys or seed phrases? Thanks!
