Routine review

Hi, I'm relatively new to the crypto.com app and I had just gotten ETH worth of $1400 and also linked my account to my defi wallet but as I tried to withdraw to the defi wallet, the ETH transaction got cancelled and when I contacted support, it said my account is under "routine review". This is my first transaction. It's been more than 24 hours already 48 with no response and I'm tensed. What does this mean and when will it get resolved?
