Nvidia DDR6X memory temp in Linux using beta T-rex
It's a repost of an interesting thread. I usually don't do this, but the topic surfaced here quite a few times.
If you are still wondering why : Nvidia software was allowing the reading of memory temperatures only within Windows drivers. Since the DDR6X memory modules on the high-end cards tend to overheat easily, Linux miners were not so happy with the guesswork involved.
I don't own such a card so I can't test it. But it's great news for everyone who was searching for a solution 🙂
