Don‘t be me
I started with crypto when I saw it all around Reddit in March 21. Like most newbies at that time I had no investment experience at all. So it was no surprise that I panicked pretty hard when the crash came. Because I thought it can only go up, I panic-bought so much, that I over-exposed by far.
After surviving the summer, I could have sold something at the top to reduce my risk, because I need most of that money at the moment, while I got 90% of all I got in crypto, but I was greedy and trusted all the 100k EOY posts.
So now here I am one year later, still 35% down and I suffer even more from all the dips and crashes, because I know that’s money, I shouldn’t be playing with and I can now just wait and of course have no money left, if it continues to go down.
How did you manage to only put in a healthy part of your capital? Because I obviously was driven by my emotions and the missing investment knowledge.
