Staking/Lending advice

So, before I had a clue about what I was doing, I started buying eth on Robinhood and accrued 40ETH. (Kicking myself for using RH)

Now that I can send/receive crypto on RH, I've been looking for the best means to make more off of the eth I have. What platform would yield me the best results? Is staking better than lending? Any advice from the people that know more than me is greatly appreciated
