How to cash out ETH from Trust Wallet?

I can't figure out how to cash out my ethereum. It seems like I need to exchange to bnb then bitcoin then send to another wallet?

Does someone have more specific steps? because I can't even get it to exchange

I don't understand why it's not more straight forward to withdraw if this is supposed to be the future..
