Is it possible to know when an erc20 address was created for the first time ?

Is it possible to know when an erc20 address was created for the first time ? I know i can check the transaction history for a particular wallet address, but can I also check when that address was first created ?

The reason is i have some USDC in a wallet, but can not recollect which wallet i created and when, may be just if i can find out this info, i can also find out the wallet details etc somewhere on my docs and pc
