PSA: Go revoke unlimited spending from all accounts you don’t know!
I've been seeing more posts about missing tokens and I believe this is the issue. People are authorizing random smart contracts unlimited spend and this allows them to transfer all tokens out of the account.
Go here, enter your address, and review all entries. If you don't know an address, revoke it, it's easy to add back later.
