Do I need to regret my panic swap?

I swapped my 0.97 ETH I was holding for USDT at a price of 2050€/ETH cause I thought it would break the 2k line upside down. But unfortunately it recovered after by 12%. What do you guys think? If this shit keeps continuing in Russia, will this effect the market prices even further? I am right that there is a critical point reached right now where it could go down even faster than before?
