FYI: Consensys and Metamask, champions of the permissionless web, are actively trying to conceal racist, transphobic, and ablist tweets from one of their Community Managers

Hot on the heels of recent firings at ENS a number of tweets have came to light from FaithLove/@Izzyalright, Community Manager at Metamask.

Because of their nature I'll only include them in image format to prevent this post catching the spam filters but here are some that have came to light so far: https://imgur.com/a/wzK4D0g

It can also be seen that the Metamask subreddit are out to protect their own interests and are now censoring posts containing this information: https://www.reddit.com/r/Metamask/comments/snys4l/this_is_unacceptable_why_cant_people_even_post/

Most concerning to me is that Dan Finlay and Eirk Marks of Metamask have also tweeted about similar issues very recently but are now seemingly avoiding looking inwards at their own team. While I'd be hesitant to say that they are operating under double standards, we should recognise there may be a hypocracy here until addressed:

While I don't represent everyone, this is a big concern to me about the integrity of those that wish to hold individuals to account for hateful speech and within Web3 and the Ethereum communities we should strive to uphold certain standards of behaviour across the board, no matter the skin colour, disabilities, race, or background of any individual. And that appears to be in jeopardy here.
