I am grateful for lessons this past dip

I'm coming up on my 1 year crypto anniversary and this dip was the perfect lesson to have at this time. Over the past year my portfolio steadily grew to +40%. I was euphoric at how easy this all seemed. Then this dip happened and my portfolio dropped to – 25%. I had given myself a 5 year timeline so I wasn't selling but man this dip was a kick to the Gooch. I guess I needed that reality check about how volatile the markets were and the reminder that this market is affected by shit way way out of my control.

Now my portfolio is just above 0%.it's going to be fun to see it go up again.

What lessons did you learn?

"Buy the dip" is the obvious one but I did it for some shit coins. In curious if my $25 of doge or Shiba will do anything.
