Who did it? More so, what can be inferred by the amount they stole. Like $200M?

That in itself is ballsy. Likely to attract attention if the world's FBI, Interpol and what not. They think they can get away with that much.

It's not easy to get away with disposing of that. Others would be tempted by say $50 Million. Or less.

It's a state actor isn't it. Anyone guessing North Korea?
