All my anyETH is stuck and I can’t do anything about it please help

I transferred 99% of my ETH to anyETH. I wanted to get it to WETH or ETH on the bsc chain through nerve but I cant do that because I need BNB for gas. I also cant swap the anyETH to ETH on the eth chain back because I dont have any regular eth in my bsc wallet. So my anyETH is stuck there forever? They make it impossible. Please someone help this is pissing me off.
