Is there way to change a token price on a blockchain for presentation purposes?

I have a presentation to do and I am building a real estate Tokenization marketplace where people can sell and buy real estate tokens and I was wondering if it was possible in a way to change the value of an erc-20 token of a property so I can show them how it works
