Would you support a hard fork to return lost ETH and Tokens sent to contract addresses in error?

There is a large amount of ETH and ERC-20s that have been lost due to user error or UI errors, where the ETH and/or ERC-20s are now forever lost in the token contracts after being sent to these contracts in error. One example is the wrapped ETH contract which has 432 wETH lost to it. There are many other example with various ERC-20 smart contracts.

Would you support in a post-merge fork to return this lost ETH and/or ERC-20 tokens to the sending addresses? Perhaps with some of the token sent to a burn address as a "return fee" to prevent moral hazard. The logic of treating ERC-20s differently is many have admin keys and the community DAOs could vote to return the ERC-20s on their own.
