How to bypass Ethereum main sweeper bot?

One of my friend has tokens worth around 10K USDT in his metamask wallet and it got compromised. He tried to send ETH couple times but got sweeped instantly. What is the best possible way to withdraw those tokens? I have read couple of articles but couldn't understand much Any kind of help would be appreciated.
