PayPal is not real adoption, but you know what is?

My wife is a starbucks barista and noticed an odd credit card being used on Saturday. It looked like an adidas card and she commented on it. They guy told her it he used it to get BTC rewards. On hearing that she asked him if he was running the brave browser, she and I were just talking about what the rewards were worth now that it had pumped a bit. He was not, but she said check it out.

After he left another barista mentioned she had heard the conversation and her husband had sunk their stimulus into BTC.

These are people who had nothing to do with 2017. They don't know defi, or even doge but are getting comfortable with the basic thoughts and principals of crypto. It is the first step towards adoption. Not paypal hotswapping currencies for headlines.

I also saw a guy with a cool HODL. Sweatshirt but I'm chalking that up to coincidence.
